On the week anniversary of the day that we celebrated our Presidents (President's Day Feb 16,2015) I wanted to take a moment to just focus on inclusion. You know as an HR practitioner I often hear that word. A word that is supposed to conjure images of men and women coming TOGETHER to meet one common goal. Ok.....ok....you know I have grown to have a penchant to write on holidays. And yes, I am well aware of the fact that the day that America chose to celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s (January 19th, 2015) legacy has come....and well....gone.However, none the less I find myself writing to you at 1:04am (on a Saturday night no less, so you KNOW this must be something important) with an issue that has been on my mind for some time now, the issue of cross cultural communication.
